We went to see the block this morning after going to the Best Breast Breakfast Benefit and found this!!!! We thought that it we would see some piers, pipes but not the foundations ALL DONE how quick is that. This is a great start, let's hope it stays on this course. This is a view from the back with the Alfresco cut out in the middle. The drainage for the outside taps still to be done.

Hello there hermyleen. CONGRATULATIONS !!! You're also at the same stage. Great feeling to have things rolling, isn't it ? I guess both our builds will be at frame stage in the next couple of weeks. Well, so we've been told. Yes, we're hoping also that EB keep up the momentum. Fingers crossed for you & for us !!
EB must be quiet at the moment...things are progressing so quickly - half our luck - are you doing any checks now??? before you give progress payments? not sure what to do?
DH will check out the slab himself. Might also contact the private certifier before we hand over the slab payment, though. They're supposed to be checking that sort of thing.
I'm a bit slow - who's DH??? is the private certifier Tyrrells Property?

Tyrell's is supposed to be the building inspection company & the private certifier is different again. That's my understanding. Am I wrong ?
Ok just found out about Tyrell's from my CSO.
Tyrrells as EB's independent building inspector and Local Group is their private certifier.
