- 03 Mar09 - Independent Inspection
- 02 Mar09 - Cladding & lower eaves completed
- 25 Feb09 - Electricals and air con ducting commences
- 24 Feb09 - Bottom Roof finished
- 19 Feb09 - Top Eaves Painted & scaffolding down
- 13 Feb09 - Bricks cleaned (Top)
- 12 Feb09 - Brickworks completed
- 05 Feb09 - Top Eaves Up
- 19 Jan09 - Slow start brickwork continues; Main Roof & Guttering Done (30 Jan08)
- Dec08 - Brickwork started
- Nov08 - Frames & Windows Up
- Oct08 - Peg out & Slab Done
- Sep08 - Final Plans drawn; estimates completed
- Aug08 - Demolition Done; still waiting on estimates
- Jun08 - DA Approved
- Apr08 - Tender Signed and Selection Process Began
